The boots are constructed with the multilayer SPS Total Shock Protection System. SPS Total consists of a polyurethane footbed, a flexible insole, a large PoronÆ heel insert, a shock-absorbing Comfort Pod, a lightweight impact-absorbing polyurethane midsole, and a thermoplastic urethane outsole. The revolutionary Comfort Pod supports the arch of the foot, regardless of whether the wearer is walking or standing, and also helps dissipate impact from the foot.

HT Ceramic Fabric (PS4) provides optimum penetration resistance over the entire sole and allows for maximum flexibility and lightweight comfort.
- Nitrile outsole offers excellent resistance to cutting and slipping, and is impervious to hydrolysis and microbial attack.
- 5mm heavy-duty tread is oil, acid, and organic fat resistant.
- Outsole heat resistant to 572°F.
